Who We Are

Quinnspire was founded by Kristin Quinn, a senior HR and organizational effectiveness leader with over 15 years of experience. Her credentials include:

  • SPHR and SHRM-SCP

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

  • Certificate in Organizational Design (Cornell)

  • iPEC Certified Professional Coach (in progress)

Kristin brings a steady presence, a systems-thinking mindset, and a deep respect for how leadership, structure, and culture shape the health of an organization.
